For many
years trans_m has been a member of an international alliance of outplacement
agencies, CareerNet International (CNI), which has dozens of offices covering
virtually everywhere in the world. Information about the various offices and their programmes can be found
on the website:
www.careernet-international.org.
CNI provides an efficient international network and high-quality platform for
individuals and organisations. Participation in CNI enables trans_m to offer its customers the
opportunity to explore international career opportunities. Just as trans_m
itself, the participating agencies maintain high ethical and quality standards.
Through CNI, trans_m offers its clients the opportunity to enter into
international contracts, including group contracts.
Knowledge and
experience exchanges take place regularly within CNI, together with
synchronisation of working methods. Where two or more agencies work together on
one project, the costs are never higher than were the project to be dealt with
by a single agency.
The CNI network provides the option of a Partner Career Support programme. This
means that partners of clients who are being transferred to a post abroad can
receive counselling regarding finding suitable employment in the destination
country. This counselling service begins in the country of origin and continues
in the destination country.
The counselling service is more or less the same in all the participating
agencies, although national and cultural differences may mean that some
adjustments need to be made. However, transfer from one country to another is
standard practice and partners requiring guidance and counselling can certainly
profit from this service.
CNI has offices in the following countries:
